    So I can’t guarantee my experiences have been anything more than dreams and/or hallucinations, but…. I’ve had a lot of them. More accounts of sleep paralysis than I can count, although almost zero accompanying hallucinations or visions outside of a notably warped version of what I already knew...

    I often get sleep paralysis, but I never encounter entities, aside from spiders on my roof. I've felt the presence of entities before, but never during sleep paralysis. Usually, during sleep paralysis, I will actually break out of it with my eyes still open. It's like being in a different world...
