A few I can think of off the top of my head:
1. Healing Magick - Rose Manning:
- GoM style book that contains healing rituals for a small variety of ailments based on rituals in practical Kabbalah.
- I've used it before and have had some moderate success with it.
- Very light on theory and has no mention of talismans / amulets
2. Healing with Form, Light, and Energy - Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche
- Focused on Tibetan spiritual interpretations of how the 4 elements should be considered when used in healing work.
- Focused mostly on the self, but the theory can potentially be useful when applying other healing practices on another person.
- Helpful mostly for the theoretical part and maybe some of the exercises could be adapted for healing of another.
3. Magical Healing - Josephine McCarthy
- Probably one of the best ones I can list here and definitely good among the modern books on healing by a person deeply involved in magick.
- Focuses on both the theory of magical healing and provides exercises that can be used for spiritual healing.
- The theory is quite general towards many different belief systems and a good set of the practices can be geared towards another person.
- The main form of magick is visionary magick that channels the imagination for subtle healing that could also help in some parts of physical healing.
4. Initiation into Hermetics:
- Hermetic and not a book totally focused on healing, but does contain energetic practices that can be developed towards healing.
- The main accessible part on healing is using "vital energy" / chi / qui / ood / life energy practices for healing purposes.
- The practices can mainly be considered close to qui gong, but are more superficial and less theoretical than that.
- The good part is that there is instruction on applying this energetic practice directly to the person or through amulet / talismans.
These are the ones I know of. Other than these books, which have significant components on healing, you could also try rituals with spirits oriented towards healing. Famously among the angels, archangel Raphael is a good one to petition to. Among the 72 Goetic demons, Buer and Marbas can be help with general healing and infectious diseases respectively. But you would do better to find a book specifically devoted to healing arts rather than just spirit based rituals.
Other than that, you would look into other disciplines such as Qui Gong, Taoist practices, or ayurveda to help you out further. There are quite a lot of books available for eastern methods, which get quite deep. But even with rituals, amulets, or talismans, healing is both a specialised topic and a vast topic, so there are plenty of books available. I know you specified the types of magical systems you wanted to work with, but I don't think there is a single book that will give you a comprehensive and uniformly successful approach to healing magick. This is why I recommend you cross read and pick out the pieces of theory that fit well with the practices you prefer.
For example, the Tibetan book does not fit in the mystery tradition very well in terms of direct healing methods for another person; it does not seem to fit the parameters you stated in your post. But it's theory on balancing the elements for deeper healing is actively helpful when you may consider using other elemental healing methods found in western books. These pieces of theory fit well with a hermetic, rosicrucian, or related mindsets. You may find the comprehensive cross reading and intelligent mixing of ideas will help enhance the effectiveness of healing magick.
