Many 'spiritual' authors are clearly against alcohol and most other drugs, citing inhibited clarity and various detriments to the astral / etheric body. It seems the less vehemently disregarded ones are those with psychoactive properties such as datura, cannabis, shrooms, etc. Tobacco is included in many rituals.

I don't think smoking cannabis every day is ideal. But it does offer a glimpse into another realm, or at least a glimpse through another lens for the duration, and a certain assimilation of the workings observed through that lens. Almost as if you smoke ritualistically, observe a few things otherwise kept beyond the veil, and then carry those things back to sober life to work with them and incorporate them.

Perhaps it is useful when used in this manner ?

Personally it's always given me migraines, but it commonly impairs the thought processes of the user so it's really not worth it IMO.

I mean smoking isn't a bad thing from a spiritual perspective, but if you're gonna smoke something, pick something that isn't gonna make you retarded. There are plenty of good tobacco blends out there, and a ton of other herbal blends that don't temporarily lower your IQ by 30 points.

As for the "glimpse into another realm", psychedelics are better for that, try DMT or LSD/LSA. Shrooms are a euphoric so they won't give you visuals, but they can change your perspective and make you feel floaty without making you dumb.

In any case, it's better not to use "performance enhancing drugs" normally, even if there are some cases where you could benefit from trying them.

I love it too much. One hit can be useful for skrying / meditation, but I can never keep it to that so I just limit myself to only smoking homegrown (which lasts a month or two and the rest of the year I just don't smoke)
Dreams / dream recall definitely are effected in a bad way.

Legalization has helped me minimize dose for best psychic effect by letting me try consistent, labeled products from regulations and storefronts.

It's never been easier to become familiar with the differences, especially without having to acquire through black/grey market liars.
Yet, the product itself still does risk levels of inebriation leading to euphoric reveries.

I've found a gram of concentrate lasts a few weeks to a month. Even with the intensity and lingering glow of that product, going without it at that level of use isn't an abrupt issue.

Cannabis is a psychedelic and it's the safest one. The others that you mentioned, can easily cause demonic/entity possession.

Cannabis can be used once a week at the most. Even with that frequency of use, the next two days will be clouded, with lower energy levels. Used occasionally like this, the Cannabis goddess will grant you valuable insights about your mistakes and problems.

I am every once or while more from team magic mushroom. Microdosing or macrodosing, I have done both. Colors and thinking in a more visual way are so good then. Microdosing enchanced more rapid learning, more ready to use creativity and a more quiet mind. Macrodosing made me more open to experimenting and be open to all new things.

I have successfully used cannabis to channel gods. It can be a very powerful tool if used correctly. I eat a very small amount. Eating it is different than smoking it or vaping it, for me at least. Treat it as a sacrament and the plant's spirit will guide you.

Shrooms can absolutely give you visuals. You dosed too low or the mushroom spirit decided you were not ready to see.

Once a week but what dosage? How high do we get

Thoughts on it affecting vamp techniques/overall offense/defense? One hit is one thing but I usually would smoke a big joint or a few hits from the pen. Taking it in a social setting (bar, party etc.) opens you up to a tricky landscape, but perhaps it's worth it for the kind of immersion it gives, with the aim of then analyzing and interpreting accordingly.

Over the years I've also come to that same decision, use for 1-2 months out of the year and the rest sober.

I use a balanced (THC : CBD ratio) sativa flower with a low percentage of THC (less than 10%). This lowers the intensity of the high and the fatigue on the following days.

I usually smoke in the evening and fall asleep after a few hours. It is very helpful to write down your thoughts while under the influence.

Regarding Cannabis as a goddess, I feel that she is a very helpful ally based on my experiences. Cannabis is counted among the sacred plants mentioned in the Vedas. It is called a joy giver, liberator. It is also used as an ingredient in some formulations of Ayurveda, the Indian system of medicine.

Ayurveda has some methods of purifying Cannabis, and stipulates that it should not be smoked, since it has heating and drying qualities by itself. It should be consumed with cooling, moistening foods and herbs, ideally.

I've used it a little bit in the past. There were some good effects but also lots of bad ones. The good sides, I was able to get into states where it skyrocketed the intuition. It was somewhat good against physical pain.

The bad sides, it made the senses much worse and gave a strange paranoid feeling. Ruined the senses for days.

It was only somewhat good when I microdosed it, smoked a very small piece.

Yes, exactly this. Using cannabis (I use edibles) lowers my inhibitions. I can get out of my own way to commune with deities. This is especially effective for communing with Dionysos, the god of Divine Madness. He will also help me to access others. Though, I have to say that I personally need to boarder on "too high" to commune well, so I must be prepared for the potential sacrifice of feeling unwell later.

Based on my long journey through various spiritual paths, I can tell you that cannabis, hashish, and every substance that clouds clear consciousness are not "mind-expanding" tools as many believe. In reality, they act as a favored "incense" for Left-Hand Path entities; these beings literally feed on such vibrations. Throughout my travels, I have seen practitioners who lived on nothing but alcohol and cannabis, trapped in a constant state of spiritual frenzy and raw lust—a state where they were clearly no longer in control.

I remember a "peculiar" and rather grim session I attended with a Left-Hand Path practitioner in the Middle East. A woman came to him seeking a curse to destroy her husband's second marriage. The man drank until he reached a state of total intoxication, then asked me to follow him to his ritual room. There, in a display of utter filth, he simply urinated into an empty wine bottle and handed it to her, saying: "Spray half of this liquid by her house and the other half by yours." The shocking part? The woman returned two days later with a large sum of money, reporting that the curse had worked perfectly—bitter arguments had broken out and the couple had separated.

**When I questioned him about the secret behind this disgusting "success," he told me coldly that he held a "mandate" (Tafweed) from the demons. They required nothing from him but his dark intent; they would take care of the rest of the filth. But look at the price: this man was burning from the inside out. His aura had a violent, scorching heat to it. A few years later, he died suddenly at a relatively young age.

I am not here to discuss "auric tearing" or "etheric shields" or any of the academic jargon that buries the truth under layers of decoration. I am sharing the raw, unvarnished reality with you: these practitioners are not masters of their power; they are fuel being consumed to satisfy entities that feast on the degradation of human consciousness. The field reality shows that every "glimpse" you take through these substances comes with a price carved out of your life force and soul. A sudden, early death is the only natural conclusion for an axis that burns far too bright and far too dirty.

Those are some extreme tales. However, those experiences are not of mind altering substances, but of a lack of moderation. As you say, they "lived on nothing but alcohol and cannabis". It's not the alcohol and cannabis that were the problem, it was the nothing else. These practitioners were not masters of their power even before the other substances came into the picture, because they did not understand balance. Just like anything else, cannabis can be used as a tool, but like all tools, it is up to the user to control what they do with it. The practitioners of whom you speak were not in control. That's not the fault of the cannabis, that's the fault of the user.
