Great guide of course but as usual when it comes to anything lucid dream I didn't see any mention of the fact that simple astral projection practice regularly makes you more lucid during dreams and can help you eventually become full lucid. Not only lucid but you find you start flying in dreams, your dreams become more meaningful, vivid, more magical.
The astral projection practice itself is very easy and simple and at the same time something like the WILD technique. Lie down, relax and don't move at all. Let your body lie there by itself, for all purposes it may fall asleep or be dead. Just just imagine yourself in another place, in your astral body. See it, feel it, be it. Forget your body and your physical room and just mentally project as long as deep as you can or want. This will forge your astral body and train your consciousness to be lucid in dreams. Because that's what you essentially do when you astral project, you lie down and start consciously and awake dreaming. This is so powerful and important that it always boggles my mind how it is not mentioned in any lucid dream guide.
